Bathrooms

Primary Ensuite

Stone, light, and precision come together in the primary ensuite — a modern spa wrapped in clean lines and organic contrast. A dual vanity in custom hardwood and cast concrete anchors the room with quiet strength, while the freestanding soaker tub rests beneath a charcoal tile wall and ceiling downlights. A separate glass-enclosed rain shower adds daily function, and beyond the door, a walk-in closet finishes the suite with warm hardwood and built-in lighting.

Second Bathroom

The second bathroom is rich in contrast and texture — a private retreat wrapped in matte charcoal tile and warm natural stone. The walk-in shower features a full-height tiled surround with a rainfall head, grounded by a pebble-finished floor and softened by natural light from a horizontal clerestory window. Opposite, a sleek cast concrete sink basin sits atop custom wood cabinetry, paired with a full-height mirror.

Powder Room (Main Floor)

A minimalist moment of art and function — the main floor powder room welcomes guests with a custom-cast concrete basin, its hand-textured surface sloping gently like water-carved stone. Floating above warm cabinetry and grounded by polished concrete flooring, the space pairs verticality with restraint — a tall mirror framed in black, a single clerestory window washing the wall in light.

Basement Bathroom

Clean and minimal, the basement bathroom offers practical comfort with a nod to the home’s overall design clarity. A curated white vanity with chrome fixtures sits beneath a silver-framed mirror, paired with a walk-in shower lined in light tile and finished with a natural mosaic floor. Polished concrete underfoot keeps the space grounded and cohesive with the rest of the lower level. Whether used for guests, teens, or post-gym refreshes, the space is efficient, neutral, and easy to love.
